Generation

Opps! Looks like I've been too preoccupied with Maplestory that I haven't blogged for a long time. Lots of interesting things have happened recently, so lets see if I can remember them!

On Tuesday, the Chinese Gang decided to go for KBox at Jurong Safra! Anyway, Shijia was supposed to organise this trip, so we agreed on meeting at Boon Lay MRT Station at 1.30pm. I didn't like being late for meetings, so I reached there on time. Wenlin and Munyee did inform me that they will be late, so I waited for them. In the end, the 3 of us were waiting for Shijia, who remained uncontactable since the previous night. We were so worried that she had changed her number without informing us, so we actually called all our friends to ask for her home and handphone number.

In the end, we decided to just head towards Jurong Safra first while calling Shijia. And guess what, it was only until 2.30pm that she SMSed us saying that she overslept, felt a little sick, and won't be able to make it. My point is, it's perfectly okay to be late, but PLEASE INFORM EARLY when you will be late or will not be able to make it for whatever reasons. Switching off your handphone and making us worry certainly isn't a nice feeling. I don't deny that I was mad over it.

We applied for the KBox Student KALA card for Karaoke sessions at only $6 nett! The application requires $10 though, so we paid $16 this time round.

As much as I love 5566's songs, I don't sing their songs during Karaoke sessions with my friends. I know that not everyone appreciates their music, hahaha! So I shall not force my friends to sing it with me. Surprisingly, all 3 of us used to be 5566 fans, so Wenlin suggested singing 5566 songs. We got so excited singing some of their most famous songs that we nearly blasted the ceiling with our voices, hahaha! Brings back good old memories!

I don't care what others think, but I still feel that their songs are the best. Hehehehe :) Munyee started showing off her hidden talent when she sang Korean songs! I seriously don't know how she can read all the Koreans words. Heard that she'll be learning Korean at some Korean School or something.

'Goodbye' is the only word that I can sing throughout the whole song LOL!

This reminds me of the Adeline Chia K-Pop incident recently when she published an article on Straits Times titled 'Sick of K-Pop Cult', which invited waves of lashings and criticisms from K-Pop fans. My view is... She said what I wanted to say. But then again, everyone has their own freedom to like who they want. Peace, people, peace!

Nothing beats singing your hearts out for 3 hours with your best friends :)

Yesterday, my class went for our GP tutor Mrs Tan's baby showers! I feel bad for not attending the previous 2 class gatherings, so I planned this 3rd one for our class, also the 1st gathering after As! Except for Melissa, Xuan Zhen, and Rizwana who were overseas, everyone came for the party. Feels great to be meeting 34/10 again! <3

We were supposed to meet at Braddell MRT Station at 12.30pm, so I intended to leave home at 11am so that I won't be late. Just as I was about to leave my house, my dad said that he could drive me there, so we ended up watching HK dramas in the living room till 12.15pm -.- And he told me that he could make it there in 15mins. Well, he wasn't wrong, but he didn't expect a jam on the highway towards Toa Payoh, so I ended up becoming the second last person to arrive. Sorry 34/10! :(

Thanks Roszy for making this lovely hamper! Our class bought the gifts right after our Geog A Levels, and she helped to decorate it!

Mrs Tan, Baby Isaac, and 34/10! <3

The HDB estates at Toa Payoh have really beautiful surroundings, just the ideal background for our class photo :)

Totally candid shot hehehe!

Three cheers to our most successful class gathering!
